To initiate a return:

- Ensure you have the original packaging on hand when reaching out. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging to be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged upon arrival.
- The product you received is not as described on our website.

3. Return Timeframe
All return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition:
